MIRA was founded in 2025 by Andreea Marin, a Romanian Muslim revert with a simple idea: if the world doesn't create what you're looking for, build it yourself.

Andreea said:

Like many people, I grew up believing that success belonged to someone else. To people with more money, more connections, more opportunities. The reality is that building something of your own is incredibly difficult. The system often rewards size over substance, profit over purpose, and convenience over craftsmanship.

​

As a woman, as a Muslim woman, and as someone who started with no special advantages, I know what it feels like to look at successful businesses and wonder if there is room for you too.

MIRA was born from that frustration.

​

Not just frustration with the products available, but frustration with the idea that ordinary people should settle for ordinary lives.

Fragrance has always been one of the few things that could instantly change how I felt. A scent could bring comfort during difficult times, confidence before a challenge, or peace at the end of a long day. I wanted to create products that could give that feeling to others.

​

But MIRA is about more than fragrance.

It is about proving that dreams do not belong only to large corporations, investors or people born into opportunity. It is about creating something meaningful from nothing more than an idea, hard work and belief.

​

My goal is not only to build a successful company. It is to build a legacy. To create opportunities, share knowledge openly, and encourage others to believe that they are capable of more than they think.

The little girl who dreamed of building something of her own is still here.

The difference is that she finally believed she could.
