Some products are sold as pre-orders.

• Pre-order items require up to 14 days (2 weeks) processing time before dispatch

• If an order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are ready

• Pre-order timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to production demand

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Payment must be made in full at checkout using secure third-party payment providers.
We do not store or have access to payment card details.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time; however, confirmed orders will not be affected.

Due to the handmade nature of our products:

• We do not accept returns for change of mind

• Refunds or replacements are only offered for items that arrive damaged or faulty
